A $25 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposit is required at the time of booking and must be sent to $Glowfactoryatl on cashapp.

Policies

• Late policy: There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes there will be a late fee of $20 added to your service. After 15 minutes your appointment may be canceled.
• Deposits/payments: all deposits are non refundable. The deposit does go towards the service and the remaining balance is due in CASH ONLY. Please bring exact cash as change is not guaranteed.
• Rescheduling: You are able to reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Failure to do so within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit. You must rebook with a different deposit.
• No extra guests or children.
• The location will be sent via text 24 hours before your appointment. Please respond to text to confirm your appointment.
